The short version.
What we collect
Only what you give us. When you fill out the quote form, we receive your name, email, phone number, property type, and whatever you typed in the message box.
Why we use it
To call or email you back about the property you asked us to quote. That's it. We don't add you to a marketing list. We don't sell or share your info with anyone.
Where it goes
- Form submissions are emailed to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form service.
- The site is hosted on AWS Amplify. Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page) are retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.
- We don't use ad trackers or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Quote inquiries stay in our email until the conversation is closed. If you become a customer, your contact info moves into our normal client records. Otherwise we delete it when it's no longer useful — typically within 90 days.
Your rights
Want us to delete your info? Just call or email us and ask. We'll do it the same business day.
Changes
If we change anything material on this page, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top. Major changes will also get an in-page notice for 30 days.
